Sales Development Representative

Users tell us they love our product. We need a talented, energetic Sales Development Representative to bring our vision for a better way of learning to more teachers, administrators, and their organizations across the US and internationally.

As it’s a remote role, persistence, resilience, and self-discipline are required for success. At Kami, successful SDRs find quick advancement.

Your day to day
  • Focus on Kami’s outbound selling motion (email, phone, virtual) to K-12 school districts in the US, working with an experimental mindset and constantly refining your workflow
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales Development and assigned Account Executives to create and execute a territory plan with multiple cadences running simultaneously
  • Strategize with sales leadership and your peers to refine our outbound sales process
  • Become a Kami expert and confidently engage K-12 school district stakeholders
  • Set daily meetings for assigned Account Executives
  • Demo Kami, virtually, to generate interest
  • Travel to state and national education conferences (<10%)
what you’ll bring
  • A positive, coachable mindset
  • Minimum one (1) year of success in a sales development role, ideally in a K-12 EdTech (or SaaS) environment; K-12 teaching experience is a plus
  • Deep experience with sales engagement platforms (outreach, SalesLoft)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and winning attitude
  • A college degree or relevant experience preferred
