Performance Marketing Manager

We are on the hunt for a skilled performance marketing manager to lead Kami’s channel performance strategies. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role presents an excellent opportunity to hone your performance marketing expertise and drive positive business impact.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes data-led decision making, experimentation and channel optimisation from awareness all the way through to conversion.

Your day to day
  • Strategise: You’ll own the performance marketing strategy, which will include always-on paid media, targeted full and partial funnel campaigns, CRO, and SEO performance. This means building an intimate knowledge of our channels, data, and customers to optimise performance.
  • Collaborate: Behind a great performance marketer is a great team, so you’ll draw on the skills of our in-house social media, creative and content teams, the customer knowledge of our sales and customer success teams, and technical know-how of our data and engineering teams to build and execute compelling performance tactics.
  • Execute: You’ll execute performance initiatives across paid, owned and shared channels based on your deep understanding of our funnel metrics and the levers to improve them. Implementing and leveraging the right tooling, you’ll work across channels to build contextual and connected customer journeys that return positive ROI.
  • Optimise and analyse: Optimising and analysing performance is your happy place. You love experimentation and learning about what makes our customers tick. You’ll own a structured experimentation framework, and be given the space to test and learn. To track and optimise performance, you’ll build dashboards showing performance and the impact you’re making. You’ll be a pro at simplifying and communicating data to a wider team.
  • Innovate: Sometimes you need to swing big – we have an appetite for it. You’ll be curious and want to push the boundaries on how we can use technology and channels to supercharge our funnel metrics.
what you’ll bring
  • Experience in a performance marketing SaaS role.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and other relevant analytic and testing platforms.
  • Experience building landing pages and lead gen flows in WordPress (or other CMS)
  • Demonstrated success in running integrated campaigns and improving performance across various digital channels, including major ad platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, SEM etc.), website and SEO.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build informative dashboards and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead projects from ideation and development through to execution and reporting.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and agile approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
